Minutes of Meeting Wednesday, July 18, 2007
Town Hall Hearing Room, 7:00 p.m.
Present: R. Dennis O’Connell, Barbara Gray, Gerald Parent, Alfred Pickard, Ronald Harper; Rex Peterson, Assistant Town Administrator
Absent: Stephen Oliver, David Rowell
Chairman O’Connell called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Barbara Gray reported that she had spoken to Don Schmidt about the possible bylaw revision on non-compliant structures that Paul Murphy had suggested. Rex Peterson said that he could handle the paper work involved in getting it on the Fall Special Town Meeting Warrant.
A cluster bylaw was another possible bylaw revision that could be prepared for Fall Special Town Meeting. A subcommittee, consisting of Barbara Gray, Ron Harper and Gerald Parent, will present material on this at the next PB meeting August 15. Planning Board discussed Health Department septic and well issues in cluster development. Density bonus and open space in cluster development was also considered.

Rules & Regulations Revision
Examination of the Rules and Regulations continued at Section 4.10 “Street Signs.” An addition was made back in Section 2.06l. Landscaping issues in Section 4.16 were discussed. Section V Specifications for Construction of the Required Improvements was cross referenced with Section VI Inspections. The Section VI review was completed, and there was discussion about registering As-builts.

Gray moved to approve the amended minutes of June 20, 2007. Parent seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.

The meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m. by consensus.
